12وَفَجَّرنَا الأَرضَ عُيونًا فَالتَقَى الماءُ عَلىٰ أَمرٍ قَد قُدِرَShabbir AhmedAnd caused the earth to gush forth springs so that the waters met together in due measure as decreed.
