12وَفَجَّرنَا الأَرضَ عُيونًا فَالتَقَى الماءُ عَلىٰ أَمرٍ قَد قُدِرَRashad KhalifaAnd we caused springs to gush out of the earth. The waters met to effect a predetermined decision.
