12وَفَجَّرنَا الأَرضَ عُيونًا فَالتَقَى الماءُ عَلىٰ أَمرٍ قَد قُدِرَTaqi Usmaniand We caused the earth to gush forth as springs; so the water (of both kinds) met together for a destined event.
