وَقَومَ نوحٍ مِن قَبلُ ۖ إِنَّهُم كانوا هُم أَظلَمَ وَأَطغىٰ

Shabbir Ahmed

And the people of Noah before them. Behold, they were even more unjust and more rebellious.
