وَقَومَ نوحٍ مِن قَبلُ ۖ إِنَّهُم كانوا هُم أَظلَمَ وَأَطغىٰ

M. M. Ghali

And the people of Nûh (Noah) earlier; surely they were the ones who were more unjust and more inordinate.
