23 Preface فَوَرَبِّ السَّماءِ وَالأَرضِ إِنَّهُ لَحَقٌّ مِثلَ ما أَنَّكُم تَنطِقونَAli Quli QaraiBy the Lord of the sky and the earth, it is indeed the truth, just as [it is a fact that] you speak.
