40أَلَم تَعلَم أَنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرٌE. H. PalmerDo ye not know that God, His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; He punishes whom He pleases, and forgives whom He pleases, for God is mighty overall?
