23أُولٰئِكَ الَّذينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُم وَأَعمىٰ أَبصارَهُم(Irfan-ul-Quran)It is they whom Allah has cursed and made deaf (their ears) and blinded their eyes.
