23أُولٰئِكَ الَّذينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُم وَأَعمىٰ أَبصارَهُمRashad KhalifaIt is those who incurred a curse from GOD, whereby He rendered them deaf and blind.
