11ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَولَى الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَأَنَّ الكافِرينَ لا مَولىٰ لَهُمM. H. ShakirThat is because Allah is the Protector of those who believe, and because the unbelievers shall have no protector for them.
