11ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَولَى الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَأَنَّ الكافِرينَ لا مَولىٰ لَهُمA. J. ArberryThat is because God is the Protector of the believers, and that the unbelievers have no protector.
