11ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَولَى الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَأَنَّ الكافِرينَ لا مَولىٰ لَهُمRashad KhalifaThis is because GOD is the Lord of those who believe, while the disbelievers have no lord.
