11ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَولَى الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَأَنَّ الكافِرينَ لا مَولىٰ لَهُمHilali & KhanThat is because Allah is the Maula (Lord, Master, Helper, Protector, etc.) of those who believe, and the disbelievers have no Maula (lord, master, helper, protector, etc.).
