31وَأَمَّا الَّذينَ كَفَروا أَفَلَم تَكُن آياتي تُتلىٰ عَلَيكُم فَاستَكبَرتُم وَكُنتُم قَومًا مُجرِمينَRashad KhalifaAs for those who disbelieve: "Were not My revelations recited to you, but you turned arrogant and were wicked people?"
