13وَسَخَّرَ لَكُم ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ جَميعًا مِنهُ ۚ إِنَّ في ذٰلِكَ لَآياتٍ لِقَومٍ يَتَفَكَّرونَBijan MoeinianGod has also submitted whatever is in the heavens and earth for you [exploring other planets, therefore, is the man’s to achieve]. There are hints in this statement for the visionary thinkers.
