42 Preface إِلّا مَن رَحِمَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ العَزيزُ الرَّحيمُAli Quli Qaraiexcept for him on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed He is the All-mighty, the All-merciful.
