22فَدَعا رَبَّهُ أَنَّ هٰؤُلاءِ قَومٌ مُجرِمونَShabbir AhmedSo he cried unto his Lord, "This is an exploitive people." ('Mujrim' = One who thrives on the fruit of others' toil = Exploitive).
