84وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُM. H. ShakirAnd He it is Who is Allah in the heavens and Allah in the earth; and He is the Wise, the Knowing.
