84 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُAli Quli QaraiIt is He who is God in the sky, and God on the earth; and He is the All-Wise, the All-Knowing.
