84 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُAhmed AliHe is God in heaven and God on earth, and He is all-wise and all-knowing.
