84وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُZafar AnsariHe it is Who is God in the heavens and the earth. He is the Most Wise, the All-Knowing.
