84وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُRashad KhalifaHe is the only One who is a deity in the heaven and a deity on earth. He is the Most Wise, the Omniscient.
