84وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُMuhammad SarwarIt is God who is the Lord of the heavens and is the Lord on earth. He is All-wise and All-knowing.
