48وَما نُريهِم مِن آيَةٍ إِلّا هِيَ أَكبَرُ مِن أُختِها ۖ وَأَخَذناهُم بِالعَذابِ لَعَلَّهُم يَرجِعونَTalal ItaniEach sign We showed them was more marvelous than its counterpart. And We afflicted them with the plagues, so that they may repent.
