48وَما نُريهِم مِن آيَةٍ إِلّا هِيَ أَكبَرُ مِن أُختِها ۖ وَأَخَذناهُم بِالعَذابِ لَعَلَّهُم يَرجِعونَMuhammad QadriAnd all the signs We showed them were always greater than the earlier ones; and We seized them with calamities, so that they may return.
