31وَقالوا لَولا نُزِّلَ هٰذَا القُرآنُ عَلىٰ رَجُلٍ مِنَ القَريَتَينِ عَظيمٍHamid AzizAnd they say, "Why was not this Quran revealed to a man of importance in the two towns?"
