31وَقالوا لَولا نُزِّلَ هٰذَا القُرآنُ عَلىٰ رَجُلٍ مِنَ القَريَتَينِ عَظيمٍMuhammad SarwarThen they said, "Why this Quran had not been revealed to a man from either of the two great towns".
