42إِنَّمَا السَّبيلُ عَلَى الَّذينَ يَظلِمونَ النّاسَ وَيَبغونَ فِي الأَرضِ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ ۚ أُولٰئِكَ لَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌOmar & OmarThe blame only lies on those who wrong people and commit aggression in the land without justification. It is they for whom there awaits a grievous punishment.
