42إِنَّمَا السَّبيلُ عَلَى الَّذينَ يَظلِمونَ النّاسَ وَيَبغونَ فِي الأَرضِ بِغَيرِ الحَقِّ ۚ أُولٰئِكَ لَهُم عَذابٌ أَليمٌTaqi UsmaniBlame, in fact, is upon those who wrong people and make mischief on earth unjustly. For such people there is a painful punishment.
