28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُM. M. PickthallAnd He it is Who sendeth down the saving rain after they have despaired, and spreadeth out His mercy. He is the Protecting Friend, the Praiseworthy.
