28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُMuhammad AliAnd He it is Who sends down the rain after they have despaired, and He unfolds His mercy. And He is the Friend, the Praised One.
