28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُQaribullah & DarwishIt is He who sends down rain for them after they despaired, and He unfolds His Mercy. He is the Guardian, the Praised.
