28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُHamid AzizAnd He it is Who sends down the saving rain after they have despaired, and He unfolds (scatters) His mercy; and He is the Guardian, the Praiseworthy.
