28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُE. H. PalmerHe it is who sends down the rain after they have despaired; and disperses His mercy, for He is the praiseworthy patron.
