28 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُAli Quli QaraiIt is He who sends down the rain after they have been despondent, and unfolds His mercy, and He is the Guardian, the All-laudable.
