28 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُAhmed AliIt is He who sends down rain when they had despaired of it, and showers His benevolence. He is the protector worthy of praise.
