28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُTalal ItaniIt is He who brings down the rain after they have despaired, and unfolds His mercy. He is the Guardian, the Praised.
