28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُT. B. IrvingHe is the One Who sends down showers after they have lost hope, and scatters His mercy abroad. He is the Praiseworthy Patron!
