28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُ(Irfan-ul-Quran)And He is the One Who sends down rain after they lose hope and spreads His Mercy. And He, the Guardian, is Most Praiseworthy.
