28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُ(Saheeh International)And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.
