28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُRashad KhalifaHe is the One who sends down the rain after they had despaired, and spreads His mercy. He is the only Master, Most Praiseworthy.
