28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُN. J. DawoodIt is He who sends down the rain when they have lost all hope, and spreads abroad His mercy. He is the Guardian worthy of praise.
