19 Preface اللَّهُ لَطيفٌ بِعِبادِهِ يَرزُقُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ القَوِيُّ العَزيزُAhmed AliGod is gracious to His creatures, and bestows favours on whosoever He will. He is all-powerful and all-mighty.
