19اللَّهُ لَطيفٌ بِعِبادِهِ يَرزُقُ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ القَوِيُّ العَزيزُRashad KhalifaGOD is fully aware of all His creatures; He provides for whomever He wills. He is the Powerful, the Almighty.
