And of His Signs is also that you (first) see the earth dry (and worthless), but when We rain water on it, it becomes green and fresh and brings forth vegetation. Surely He Who has brought this (dead earth) to life again certainly He is the One Who will give life to the dead (on the Day of Resurrection). Surely He has Absolute Power over everything.
