15رَفيعُ الدَّرَجاتِ ذُو العَرشِ يُلقِي الرّوحَ مِن أَمرِهِ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ لِيُنذِرَ يَومَ التَّلاقِE. H. PalmerExalted of degrees! The Lord of the throne! He throws the spirit by His bidding upon whom He will of His servants, to give warning of the day of meeting.
