15رَفيعُ الدَّرَجاتِ ذُو العَرشِ يُلقِي الرّوحَ مِن أَمرِهِ عَلىٰ مَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ لِيُنذِرَ يَومَ التَّلاقِT. B. IrvingLofty in rank, Possessor of the Throne, He drops the Spirit of His bidding on any of His servants He may wish, so he may warn about the day of the Meeting,
