7لِلرِّجالِ نَصيبٌ مِمّا تَرَكَ الوالِدانِ وَالأَقرَبونَ وَلِلنِّساءِ نَصيبٌ مِمّا تَرَكَ الوالِدانِ وَالأَقرَبونَ مِمّا قَلَّ مِنهُ أَو كَثُرَ ۚ نَصيبًا مَفروضًاHamid AzizMen should have a portion of what their parents and kindred leave, and women should have a portion of what their parents and kindred leave, whether it be little or much, a determinate (legal) portion.
