22وَلا تَنكِحوا ما نَكَحَ آباؤُكُم مِنَ النِّساءِ إِلّا ما قَد سَلَفَ ۚ إِنَّهُ كانَ فاحِشَةً وَمَقتًا وَساءَ سَبيلًاTalal ItaniDo not marry women whom your fathers married, except what is already past. That is improper, indecent, and a bad custom.
