2وَآتُوا اليَتامىٰ أَموالَهُم ۖ وَلا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الخَبيثَ بِالطَّيِّبِ ۖ وَلا تَأكُلوا أَموالَهُم إِلىٰ أَموالِكُم ۚ إِنَّهُ كانَ حوبًا كَبيرًاMuhammad AsadHence, render unto the orphans their possessions, and do not substitute bad things [of your own] for the good things [that belong to them], and do not consume their possessions together with your own:1 this, verily, is a great crime.This relates to the legal guardians of orphans during the latter's minority.
